- Buyer should accept 2 to 3cm of discrepancy in measurements, as well as slight color difference due to different monitor's resolution.

- No cancelling of any orders once payment is made, but you can add on to them.

- Only when full payment is made will your orders be processed. (for postage)

- Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

- All items are subject to availability of supplier.

- All items are directly imported, and prices do not include delivery charges.

- Refunds will be made when applicable.

- Baby Clues will not be held responsible should medical conditions occur if you have purchased items from us.

- A minimum of $15 must be spend if you are meeting up.

- No minimum amount must be spend for postage.

Payment Details

- Meet-ups at my convenience and time, unless you're willing to pay slightly more.

- Concealed cash. However, Baby Clues will not be held responsible in view of lost mails.

- All payment must be in SGD$

Delivery Details

- We use Singpost for delivery of items.

- Cost of normal postage will not exceed $2, and registered postage charges will be an additional $2.20 above normal postage charge. When in doubt, feel free to ask. Baby Clues will render help whenever necessary.

- Our responsibility ends when we have sent your item out.

- We will not be held responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged during transaction, regardless via normal or registered mail.
